- Simply add names and time zones, and the tool handles the rest.
- Minimizes misunderstandings about meeting times by displaying local times for each participant.
How to Use
Add participants:
- First, there’s a space where you can enter the name of each person who will join the meeting.
- Next to that, there’s a dropdown menu where you select the time zone for each person. For example, “Asia/Bangkok” for someone in Bangkok or “America/New_York” for someone in New York.
- After entering the name and selecting the time zone, you click on “Add Participant” to add that person to the participant list.
View the participant list:
- Once you’ve added people, you’ll see them listed along with their time zones. If you make a mistake or no longer want someone to join, there’s a “Remove” button next to each participant that allows you to take them off the list.
Find the optimal meeting times:
- After adding all the participants and their time zones, you click the button that says “Find Optimal Meeting Times.”
- The program then calculates and shows you the best times when everyone can meet. The times are shown in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), and next to that, you can see what time it will be in each participant’s local time zone.
View the suggested times:
- In the section called “Optimal Meeting Times,” the program shows you several options. For example:
- UTC: 06:00 (6 a.m. in universal time), which corresponds to 17:00 (5 p.m.) in Bangkok and 06:00 (6 a.m.) in New York.
- UTC: 06:30 (6:30 a.m. in universal time), which corresponds to 17:30 in Bangkok and 06:30 in New York.
