How to Use the Calculator
This calculator helps you estimate the number of calories you burn during a rucking session.
- Body Weight (kg): Enter your body weight in kilograms.
- Ruck Weight (kg): Enter the weight of your ruck (backpack) in kilograms.
- Speed (km/h): Enter your average walking speed in kilometers per hour.
- Duration (minutes): Enter the duration of your ruck in minutes.
- Terrain: Select the type of terrain you are rucking on.
After filling in all the fields, click the “Calculate Calories Burned” button to see your results.
