  • Ruck Weight (kg): Enter the weight of your ruck (backpack) in kilograms.
  • Speed (km/h): Enter your average walking speed in kilometers per hour.
  • Duration (minutes): Enter the duration of your ruck in minutes.
  • Terrain: Select the type of terrain you are rucking on.
