How It Works
- Set your desired work interval, rest interval, and number of rounds in the Workout Settings.
- Choose your workout intensity and fitness level.
- Click “Start” to begin your interval training session.
- Follow the timer, working during the “Work” intervals and resting during the “Rest” intervals.
- After completing all rounds, you’ll receive personalized recovery recommendations.
The timer will guide you through your workout, changing colors and displaying emojis to indicate work and rest periods. Enjoy your HIIT session!
