Flexibility and Range of Motion Calculator

How the Flexibility Calculator Works

This calculator helps you track your flexibility and range of motion for three major joints: knee, elbow, and shoulder. Here’s how it works:

  1. Input the maximum angle (in degrees) you can achieve for each joint’s flexion.
  2. The calculator compares your input to the average maximum range of motion for each joint (180 degrees).
  3. It then calculates the percentage of flexibility for each joint and displays it as a progress bar.
  4. Your data is saved locally in your browser, allowing you to track progress over time.
  5. If you have multiple entries, the calculator will show your improvement from the first to the most recent entry.

Remember, flexibility can vary greatly between individuals. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or stretching routine.
